I found this recipe when looking for Whole30 breakfast ideas and I must say it was a HIT! I had it with Blueberries and with Strawberries. Equally delicious. I’m sure you could make different variations of this as well.

1 sliced banana
1/4 cup blueberries or Strawberries
1/4 cup raw cashews
1 tablespoon almond butter
Sprinkle of cinnamon
Coconut flakes (optional)
Slice the banana and add to a bowl. Add in cashews and berries, gently toss. Add almond butter to the top and sprinkle cinnamon. You can also add coconut flakes.
